LUMINE Studio manages music campaign links and listening activity.

Google sign-in

Studio access is restricted to its owner. When you sign in, Google provides your verified email address and Google account identifier. We use these only to authenticate you and protect the dashboard. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or other Google services. Login sessions use secure cookies and expire after 24 hours.

Campaign measurement

If a visitor accepts measurement cookies on a landing page, we store an anonymous visit identifier, page, platform clicks and event times. The Meta Pixel also measures visits and listening clicks when advertising consent is given. Rejected consent and Global Privacy Control disable this measurement. Short-lived, rotating hashes are used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in our database.

Email signups

Signup forms store the email address, optional full name, signup page, language and consent date in LUMINE’s private database. These details may later be exported to an email service for music updates. They are not attached to campaign analytics or sent to Meta. Future emails will include an unsubscribe option.
